Orders and Payment
To order from Lennoelia Designs Concrete Studio and Homewares, the easiest way is to order from us via our website. All prices are displayed on our website in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. All payments are processed in Australian Dollars. We accept payment by various methods.
We take reasonable care to make our site secure. We use third party payment processor to process payments. The information that is collected is necessary to process your transaction with us, such as credit/debit card number, security/CVV code and expiration date. Our payment processor may handle your payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy and terms of use. We do not permanently store or have access to your full payment information or credit card details. We may however collect your bank account details to process refunds, which we will handle in accordance with our privacy policy. We will not be liable for any damages or losses (whether direct or indirect) caused if your card is used fraudulently by someone else, except to the extent such loss or damage is caused by our acts or omissions.
In an effort to prevent fraudulent use of credit cards or other payment options, we reserve the right to conduct and implement fraud detection processes to check the legitimacy of the order and payment method. This process may include requesting proof of identity and a formal validation check on the credit card and account. However, we do not guarantee that we can prevent the fraudulent use of such information by unauthorised third parties. Orders undertaking a formal check will be placed on hold until we have received confirmation that the transaction is legitimate. If we are not satisfied that an order is legitimate, we may decide to cancel the order.

All our items are custom and handmade, except where specified otherwise, Lennoelia Designs Concrete Studio and Homewares attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Lennoelia Designs Concrete Studio and Homewares does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
All trademarks, service marks and trade names are proprietary to Lennoelia Designs Concrete Studio and Homewares.
Orders
All orders placed with Lennoelia Designs Concrete Studio and Homewares are subject lead time and acceptance. When an order is received, we endeavour for our homewares range items to made and completed within 1 to 2 weeks from acceptance of order. Once an order is accepted, we will begin to manufacture and at that stage we are unable due to the bespoke and handmade nature of each of the items to be changed.
For all bespoke items in our range, including but not limited to furniture and mix and match items, Lennoelia Designs Concrete Studio and Homewares will commence manufacture of order on acceptance or quote, including payment, and will provide a Leadtime for delivery within quote.
Consequently, delivery times are subject to change.
Refer to return and refunds policy as all orders are finalised upon placement of order, including cancellations of orders.
Emails
Lennoelia Designs Concrete Studio and Homewares will endeavour where possible to respond to all emails within 24hrs, during business hours, Monday to Friday.
Notices
In accepting these terms and conditions you consent to receiving from us by all forms of electronic communication, including SMS, phone, messages, email or by us posting notices on our website, and you agree that all electronic communication provided by Lennoelia Designs Concrete Studio and Homewares will satisfy any legal requirements that a communication be in writing.
