Returns and Refund Policy
All of our items are custom made using the highest grade concrete products. Each piece is bespoke and made to order, which means they are non-refundable and non-returnable. We encourage our valued customers to fully understand the unique characteristics of concrete products before placing an order.
Warranty
Based on the bespoke nature of our products and the materials used, Lennoelia Designs Concrete Studio and Homewares provide limited warranty. Warranty is limited to products that have failed where there has been a structural failure due to the defect in our manufacturing process. Our warranty does not extend to improper use, including but not limited to, homeware items being placed in any dishwasher.
Improper use or installation which result in damage to your item does not give rise to any warranty claim. All claims made will be determined at the sole discretion of Lennoelia Designs Concrete Studio and Homewares.
